A Wonderful Day For A Wedding!

Yesterday was a great day! My brother Kyle married the love of his life! They were married for time and all eternity in the Las Vegas Temple. My grandpa was the sealer and it was a very neat experience! Then we went outside to take pictures and Jane's dress was breathtaking! She looked absolutely gorgeous!!! Kyle looked very handsome in his tux and they made a very cute couple!!! Then we had a beautiful luncheon that was at my parents' stake center and the food was amazing and the tables looked beautiful!!! My mom did a great job decorating!!! We had stuffed chicken with bernaise sauce and fillet medalions, with mashed red potatoes, green beans and 2 yummy salads with chocolate fudge cake for dessert that was to DIE for!!! The kids had their own buffet too with chicken nuggets, pizza bites and other kid type food, which was a big hit! Thanks mom and dad for all the yummy food!!! It was a beautiful luncheon!!! We went home and rested for a bit and went across town to the reception. It was beautiful! We don't have any of family pictures from the reception cause we let the photographer take care of that, but we did get some pictures of the beautiful decorations! The Larkins did an AMAZING job and the place looked so elegant! We took pictures at the reception and then all of our friends and family started coming! It was so fun to see everyone and I know that Kyle and Jane appreciated all the support!! There was dancing, cutting the cake, the boquet toss, and all the other things you do at weddings and you could tell Kyle and Jane were so in love!!! It was beautiful!!! They left and went on their honeymoon with us all waving ribbons as they walked out! It was a great day!!!

This AMAZING Man!!

I just want to say that I love Tom! I haven't been the nicest person ever lately! He stands by me and helps me so much with everything I need! I want the whole world to know how much I love him!! Sometimes I sit and think about how I am the luckiest person in the world because he loves me and he chose me!!! Thanks Tom for all you do for me and all you mean to me! I love you so much!!

AUSTRALIA! HERE WE COME!!!

So we are so excited! Tom and I along with Tom's mom and sister are going to Australia and New Zealand in August! We just bought the tickets! They were great priced and we couldn't pass them up! I called my boss and she said I could have it off and we got the tickets! They were on sale for us to go from LAX to Brisbane, Australia, then to Melbourne, Australia, then to Auckland, New Zealand, then back to LAX for $792 a person including taxes!!! That price is unheard of, and this was the last day they would be that cheap! Now comes the sacrifice to make this work! I am going to try to pick up as many Saturday call shifts as I can before we go so we can both pay for the tickets and build up some spending money for the trip as well as keep everything paid here! Also we had many family reunions that we had planned to go to, but are not going to be able to go now, but we have decided that at least we will get to see all our family at Kyle's wedding and we feel like this is a sacrifice that we are willing to make! We are both so excited though and feel this is a HUGE blessing and we couldn't pass it up! I will get to meet Tom's brother and sister and their families and his aunt and uncle and cousins for the first time! We might never get another opportunity like this!!! Any donations will be accepted!!! Ha! Ha!

Congrats Kyle and Jane!

Sorry I haven't posted this yet, but I have not been online lately cause we've just been busy! Plus I am trying to not spend so much time online! I wanted to post though that my brother Kyle and his girlfriend Jane got engaged! Yay! They have been engaged for a couple weeks now! They are getting married June 5 and I can't wait for them! We love Jane and I am so excited to have her as my sister! We love you both!! Cute couple, huh!!

Fun Dinner On The Way Home!

On our way home from Las Vegas, we stopped and saw some friends and family! We first stopped to see Scott and Sarah! I haven't seen them in a year and a half! So sad! Then Valerie made us a yummy spaghetti dinner and it was so much fun to visit!!!! Becca and Miah, and Shawn and Andrea came over and we just had a great time! Thanks again Mike and Valerie!
