Our Time With The Laubs

So, sorry it's taken me so long to write this! Last weekend we went to Travis and Bree's to visit and take the Bronco down. We were gonna sell the Bronco when we bought the new truck, but there are some things wrong with it and we didn't know if it would sell. We called the Junk Yard and they said they would only give us $125 for it! it's worth more than that to us so we decided to keep it! Tom's cousin Travis and his wife life in Southern Utah just off the Panguitch exit on a farm. Tom called and asked if we could keep it there if we payed them a little "rent". They told us we could keep it there "rent free". Bree is gonna use it as her farm vehicle so she can go help Travis! We are really excited that we get to keep it and that it will still be running and working. Plus a bonus to all of this, we got to hang out with two of our favorite people in the world. We love hanging out with Travis and Bree. We all get along so well! In about Nephi I realized that we had forgotten our camera. Luckily, Bree let us take pics on her camera then sent them to us! Thanks Bree! Well, Friday night we went out Bunny Hunting. Tristan came out and hung out that night and we had a great time! That's one of our favorite pasttimes! Bree and I got to sit in the car and just chat and Travis drove and Tom and Tristan were standing in the back of the truck shooting at all the little bunnies that they could find. Now in case you think this is cruel, it's really not! The only thing that they shoot is Jack Rabbits. These are rabbits that are infested with Maggots and very diseased! They eat the crop and spread disease around and so when we shoot them, we don't allow the disease to spread and we save the Laub's crop! So we all went to bed that night and both Travis and Bree had to work the next morning! Tom got to go help Travis fix a tractor and was loving every second of it! Tom loves working on the farm. It's relaxing to him in a way. He feels like good hard farm work is the purest kind of work you can do and it's so good for you! He loves helping his cousin out take a little bit of the load off him whenever he can. Tom and I got to go for a walk that morning and breathe that country air! It was AWESOME and so invigorating! We also took the Bronco out for it's first real test against the sagebrush! We could never take it out brush busting before because it was an important part of our transportation and if it broke down we would be in a real pickle! So, we gave it a run for it's money and it did great! We were having a blast! We also got to play with Tom's new toy. A Springfield Armory .45 ACP Pistol. I usually don't like big guns but this gun was very smooth shooting, and although it's loud it doesn't kick too bad! Then Tom and I went to town (Cedar City) to do some errands. We love being there! We want to move there someday! Someday meaning right now! If there were jobs there we would be moving this weekend! Then we went back to Buckhorn (The Laub's farm) and played the Wii, which we have never played! It was a lot of fun and we got some pretty funny pics! That night we took Travis and Bree to the Ninja. It's a Japanese Steakhouse in Cedar City! It was so yummy and so much fun! The only one that I have been to that is better than that was Beni Hana in Las Vegas! The show was great, watching our Chef cook! Then we went back to Buckhorn and watched a movie! We went to church the next morning and I got to see my great aunt and uncle who just happen to be in Travis and Bree's ward. That was a fun surprise! We hung out and left late that afternoon! Tom and Travis got to play Lego's together and had a good time! We didn't want to come home! We can't wait to get down there to visit again! Here's some of the pics of our Wii time!
